Introduction

YourLifeMatch is operated by Yaboypwash LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as “YourLifeMatch” (“YourLifeMatch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the YourLifeMatch website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) — a relocation-intelligence platform offering data-driven destination profiles, Freedom Scores, comparisons, watchlists, and AI-assisted recommendations.

Acceptance of Terms

You agree to be bound by these Terms by creating an account, accessing the Platform, purchasing a subscription, or using any feature of the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

Eligibility

  • You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or using the Platform.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must not be barred from using the Platform under applicable law.

Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes:

  • Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your password and credentials, including third-party sign-in methods such as Google sign-in.
  • Keeping your account and profile information accurate and up to date.
  • Notifying security@freedomos.app promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Your Freedom Profile Data

You may voluntarily provide information as part of your “Freedom Profile,” including location preferences, lifestyle preferences, income ranges, budget, family preferences, relocation timelines and priorities, work or remote-work status, and personal goals. We use this information to generate personalized recommendations, tailor content to you, and improve the Platform.

You may review, correct, export, or delete your Freedom Profile data at any time. See our Data Request & Deletion Policy for details on how to do so.

AI Recommendations — Informational Only

The Platform uses artificial intelligence and algorithmic models to generate Freedom Scores, rankings, comparisons, and recommendations. These outputs are informational only and do not constitute professional financial, tax, legal, immigration, accounting, or investment advice.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or rely on outdated data. You remain solely responsible for all decisions you make, including relocation, financial, tax, and immigration decisions. Always consult licensed professionals before acting on any recommendation generated by the Platform.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying algorithms, or models of the Platform.
  • Abuse or exceed API rate limits.
  • Extract, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Platform by automated means (e.g., bots, scripts, scrapers) without our prior written permission.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content or output from the Platform.
  • Create fraudulent, duplicate, or impersonating accounts.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Platform or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, its systems, or its data.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content and technology made available through the Platform — including Freedom Scores, AI and algorithmic models, rankings, reports, databases, visualizations, research content, text, design, and branding — is the property of Yaboypwash LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial relocation planning purposes.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid features of the Platform are governed by our Subscription & Billing Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party authentication, payment, hosting, analytics, and mapping providers, and relies in part on third-party and public data sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any third-party service or data.

Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY RECOMMENDATION WILL BE ACCURATE.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yaboypwash LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any losses arising from:

  • Relocation decisions
  • Visa or immigration denials
  • Tax consequences
  • Investment or financial decisions
  • Financial losses
  • Housing or real-estate outcomes
  • Employment outcomes

You acknowledge that relocation involves inherent risk and that you assume that risk by using the Platform. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform is capped at the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yaboypwash LLC against any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for violations of these Terms or for other lawful reasons. You may close your account at any time. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will communicate material changes via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any dispute lies exclusively in the courts located in Florida.
