Subscription & Billing Policy

Plans

YourLifeMatch offers a Free plan with core features on a limited basis, and Premium plans that unlock expanded recommendations, comparisons, reports, and data — billed monthly and, where available, annually. Specific features and prices are shown at the time of purchase.

Billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You are billed at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Taxes, VAT, GST, and processing fees are added where required.
  • Charges are made in the currency shown at checkout; your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

Payment Processing

YourLifeMatch does not directly store your full payment card information. Payments are handled by secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. We may store subscription status, billing identifiers (such as customer or subscription IDs), payment history, and transaction metadata. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment credentials.

Refunds

Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial charge for a billing cycle, subject to the exceptions below.

Exceptions: Refunds may not be available where there has been substantial use of premium features, for renewal charges made after the 14-day window, for promotional or discounted plans marked non-refundable, or where prohibited by law.

Abuse prevention: We may deny refunds or suspend accounts in cases of refund or chargeback abuse or fraud.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Price Changes

We may change prices from time to time. We will provide advance notice of any price change affecting your renewal, and the new price will take effect at your next billing cycle.
